How long does it take to receive an order from Festive Gal?
Orders from Festive Gal are shipped from their Glitter Studio in Denver, CO within 3-5 business days. All items are made-to-order. This allows customers to customize the colors etc. It's always helpful to add a note to the order with a time-sensitive deadline so that Festive Gal can do their best to accommodate the rush request. After the order is placed, an email notification with shipping details and updates will be sent. A tracking number will also be provided. Please make sure to verify that the shipping address is correct, all items will be sent to the address shown at the time of checkout. Festive Gal is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. Once it leaves their shop, they can’t control the delivery times by the shipping carrier. USPS shipping times are not guaranteed, while UPS Shipping times are. If a package marked as "delivered" cannot be found, check with the local post office for more in-depth answers. A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS and shipping carriers are experiencing a huge increase in shipping volume. Festive Gal's Return Policy states that if there are any problems with the order, the customer service should be contacted within 7 days of delivery. The order number should be included in the communication. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed. Returns are not accepted on custom-made products. This includes items such as Custom phrase party crowns, Crowns with custom ages, Any party crowns with a year, Custom Sashes, Custom Hats, and Custom Stanley Name tags. Stanley Name tag products are FINAL SALE. If a name tag doesn't fit a cup, it's likely due to the wrong style cup. These name tags fit the Stanley Quencher H2.0 tumblers, they will not fit the old-style of Stanley lids. The version of the cup should be checked before making a purchase. If the wrong size of name tag is received, an email should be sent with a photo of how the name tag fits. Shipping charges on returns are not refunded. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges on the order. If a return label is provided, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. If free shipping was received on the order when the purchase was made, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs when returning all or part of the order.
